HOW WILL REGISTRATION WORK?
When we open registration, a link will be provided with our registration form. Once completed and if spots are still available, you will receive an email that provides payment instructions.
IMPORTANT!! Your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been made – you will have 24 hours from when the payment email is sent to you to pay, after which your spot will be released back for others to have.
If you are unable to complete the form upon registration opening due to prior commitments on Sat 3 June, you can ask friends to submit for you – they will need your name, address, e-mail address, any mobility issues and dietary requirements in order to complete a form on your behalf – one form per attendee please.
HOW MUCH WILL REGISTRATION BE?
The fee will be £225 per person. This will include entertainment on Fri 4 October at a venue yet to be confirmed, plus the main event on Saturday 5 October at the Waldorf Astoria Caledonian Hotel to include as a minimum a drinks reception, three course meal, half a bottle of wine per person with dinner and tea/coffee.
WHAT ENTERTAINMENT WILL THAT INCLUDE?
While timings are to be confirmed and are subject to change, the entertainment on Saturday Night, as a minimum, will comprise a Q&A panel of very special guests; an informal piano and story session with the song-writing legend who was very instrumental in the BCR’s early years - Phil Coulter; and a live performance from Duncan Faure after dinner.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND AFTER REGISTERING?
Please note we can only offer refunds if your spot is subsequently taken as we are already incurring expenses and committing to expenses associated with this event.
We will hold a wait list once the event is at capacity and if your spot can be filled from the waitlist you will be refunded once the person from the waitlist pays for their registration. Alternatively if you are able to find someone to take your place we will need a registration form from them and will refund you once they have paid. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover you in the event you cannot attend after registering, this will also cover you for travel and any accommodations booked.
WHERE TO STAY?
Accommodation is up to individuals to sort out, there is no expectation that attendees stay at the Waldorf Astoria Caledonian Hotel, we recognise it is an expensive hotel and might not be within everyone’s budget. We will be providing some alternative local accommodation options including details of the proximity to our event hotel to help attendees in finding the right accommodation for them.
